Will host a pre Balloon & Airstravaganza event.

The pre event will be September 11, 2008 on the athletic field of RMA beginning at 7 am. At the conclusion of the RMA event  hot air balloons draped with flags and carrying banners commerating the four 9/11 flights and their points of impact will lift off from the field.
